How can I check on my order?

After successful dispatch you can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and/or e-mail. You can check the status of your order by going to your Anaya account and viewing your order history. For delivery tracking, please track the order directly on the couriers website, most of our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail or Everi/Hermes. 

You can also locate your tracking information in your Anaya account. After logging in, click on your username then select the relevant ‘’Order ID ’’ to access your order history/status details.

Please note: We are not liable for any lost parcels if you have select non-tracked delivery options.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock.

 

Can I modify or adjust my order?

No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 2-7 working days from the shipped date

 

Is my credit card number and information secure?

We do not store any card or any other related information.

 

How can I use coupon codes?

You can enter your coupon or discount code in the checkout section before proceeding to Secure Payment.

 In desktop view the ‘Discount code’ box will be on the right, in mobile view please select ‘Show order summary’ at the top to view the discount code box. The discounted amount will be reflected in the total breakdown.

 

What if the item is not in stock?

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

 

Is the colour the exact same?

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products online. However, since the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Standard delivery orders are sent to the UK & Channel islands using postal mail service, delivery should normally take 3-8 days, longer during sale or busy periods.

We send all international delivery orders by post, with delivery taking 8-16 days for Europe and 8-21 days for the rest of the world; however deliveries can sometimes incur slight delays if the shipment is either especially heavy or due to local customs procedures that lie outside of our control.

Please note, zubiyaboutique.co.uk will only consider claims for lost items sent by tracked delivery 35 days after despatch for UK/Europe, and up to 90 days after despatch outside of Europe.

Non delivery of orders, we must be notified within 6 months of despatch.

 

What are the shipping fees?

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping country and the quantity of items ordered. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page.

Any Free shipping promotions are for UK Mainland only. UK orders can qualify for free shipping on order totals of £100.00 and over.

Important! Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

 

How can I place an order?

We offer you a hassle-free ordering process.

 1- Browse our site for the latest collections and trendiest items.

 2- When you have found your favourites, choose the right size to fit you (Our Size Chart Can help) and click the Add to Cart Button.

 3- Once you have added all that you love, click on the Basket Icon in the top right corner.

 4- Click on the Checkout button to continue

 5- Fill out the details for the shipping address then press continue

 6- Pick your preferred shipping method and fill out the required details and click continue to payment

 7- Choose a preferred payment method and fill in your details, just to let you know your details are safe with us, our website is secured with the latest security certificates (HTTPS), Next click Pay now, great, your order has been placed!

 8- Kick back and relax while we prepare your order :)

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty/damaged item? 

We are sorry that our item didn't meet your expectations. If it happened that you received a damaged or a defective item, please email us at zubiyaboutique@gmail.com, with your Order ID, Product Name, and Full Length, Close-up of defect photos.


We will get back to you as soon as possible. Our Customer Care team will follow up the return of the item to us, once received and the fault is confirmed, we will refund you the amount of the faulty items or replace them.


They tried to deliver my order but I wasn't home, what should I do?

If you were not available at the shipping address upon delivery the parcel will either be delivered the following working day, be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place in the garden, the courier should leave a card in the letter box.

It is always best to check the tracking details on the courier’s website and choose any delivery options that suit you.

If the courier fails to deliver the order multiple times and the package is not left with a neighbour or safe place, it will be returned to us where you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery. Alternatively we will refund the order minus delivery fees.

 

What is your refund process? 

Once we receive your returned item we will start with the refund process immediately. However, it may take up to 14 days to process the payment and to reflect it into your account.

For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transferred directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.


For PayPal Customers, refund will be sent back to your PayPal account that was used for the purchase.


Note: Service fees and Shipping Fees are not refunded.
